The MoCA at the Geffen Contemporary has an amazing show up until the end of January called Suprasensorial: Experiments in Light, Color, and Space.  Not only is it one of the most sense-stimulating shows I have seen, but it’s so accessible to all Los Angelinos.  Everyone can enjoy the thick, explosive color invading the environment.  Aside from the incredible rooms of light and sound, there is an actual SWIMMING POOL IN THE MUSEUM!  If you bring a swimsuit you can actually swim in it.  What a great idea!  Adjacent to the light show is an equally amazing show featuring the best LA artists of the 21st Century. Both shows run until 1.31.11.  If you have the time, stop by downtown LA for a show you won’t regret.
